At Ausclimate, we are dedicated to delivering a high-quality customer experience and complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer extended warranties across our full range of products, including Ausclimate Smart Dehumidifiers, as well as our heating and cooling appliances.
To take advantage of this additional warranty coverage, customers must register their Ausclimate product within 90 days of purchase and provide valid proof of purchase from Ausclimate or an authorised retailer, including the purchase date.

Shop directly from Ausclimate or an authorised reseller to get eligible products covered by our extended warranty. - Register Your Product Warranty
To activate the extended warranty, register your Ausclimate product on ausclimate.com.au/pages/registration within 90 days of purchase. - Upload Proof of Purchase
When registering, upload your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) that includes the purchase date.
Warranty Coverage:
Standard Warranty (Years 1-2):
All Ausclimate products come with a standard 2-year warranty when purchased directly from Ausclimate or an authorized reseller. If a product defect occurs within the first two years, you must contact the original place of purchase to arrange a replacement, exchange for an alternative model, or refund of the purchase price.
Extended Replacement Warranty (Years 3-4):
Available to all Smart Dehumidifiers, Heating and Cooling appliances.
This is provided directly by Ausclimate, this warranty covers a replacement or exchange for a similar product in case of a defect. Refunds are not included. Free collection and delivery are provided.
To request a replacement under the Ausclimate extended warranty, follow these simple steps:

Reach out to our customer support team by email at support@ausclimate.com.au or call us at 03 9365 5100. Please provide your product details, including the model number, purchase date, a description of the defect, and the email address or name you used to register your product. - Submit Your Claim
Our team will guide you through the process of submitting your claim. You may need to provide photos or further details about the issue. - Product Evaluation
Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the product defect. If it meets the requirements for a replacement under the extended warranty, we’ll move forward with the next steps. - Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a free collection and delivery of the replacement product. We’ll ensure the process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. - Receive Your Replacement
Once the faulty product is collected, we will ship your replacement unit to you. You’ll receive it in a timely manner so you can continue enjoying your Ausclimate product with peace of mind.
Note: The extended warranty covers product replacement only. It does not cover repairs, damages from misuse, or external factors such as accidents or natural disasters.
